CelluSmooche accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, and Google Pay.

Payment will only be charged to your account once the physical product has been shipped. We do not charge any card fees.

Authorization of funds

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be authorized immediately. Funds are reserved on your card or account until:

If you wish to cancel or modify your order before receiving your package, it may be possible if you contact us quickly. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation or modification can be processed, as it depends on whether the order has already been packed in our warehouse.

We typically pack orders within one hour of purchase, so we are rarely able to modify or cancel an order after that point. Please consider your purchase carefully to ensure you have selected the correct products and avoid any regrets immediately after ordering.

If the order has already been packed and you still wish to cancel, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

To qualify for our money-back guarantee, please follow these instructions:

- Take a clear photo of the product and the damage (documented proof from your camera roll).

- Send an email to our customer service at CelluSmooche.adm@gmail.com.

- Your application will be processed within 2–3 days after submission.

- Please ensure your photos have valid date and time stamps (screenshots from your camera roll are acceptable).

- Requests for the money-back guarantee must be made within 4 months of receiving the product.

- Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a refund. We reserve the right to reject a refund request if we are not reasonably satisfied with the provided evidence.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase, you are covered by the right of withdrawal and entitled to a refund, provided the item is unused and in the same condition as when received.

Through the return portal, you will be guided through the process and gain access to your return label. The return shipping cost is 84 DKK, covering shipping fees, administration, and handling. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

We refund the full order amount, including delivery costs (except for any extra shipping fees if you chose a delivery method other than our standard shipping). Refunds are made to the same payment method used at purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We withhold payment until the item is received and inspected. Returned products that are not in like-new condition will not be approved for a refund.

Uncollected packages returned to us after reminders from the shipping company will only be eligible for a refund 14 days after the return shipment has been initiated. In such cases, you can either choose to have the package resent for a fee of 112 DKK or have the order canceled, with the fee deducted from your refund.

Warranty and Right of Complaint

Under Danish sales law, products come with a 2-year warranty.

This warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

If your claim is valid, you may be entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, receive store credit, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Claims regarding defects must be reported to CelluSmooche within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Two months is considered a reasonable timeframe.

CelluSmooche covers reasonable return shipping costs.
