Terms and Conditions for CelluSmooche
Payment
CelluSmooche accepts online payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and ApplePay.
Payments will only be debited from your account once the physical product is shipped. We do not charge card fees.
Reservation of Funds
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds are reserved on your card or account until:
We debit the amount when we ship the product, or
The funds are released according to your card issuer's agreement.
You can read more about your specific card’s rules with your card issuer.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: USD, EUR, GBP, PLN, SEK, DKK, CHF, BGN, ALL, CZK, HUF, ISK, MDL, NOK, RON, RUB, RSD, TRY, UAH.
CelluSmooche uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders.
CelluSmooche’s website also uses encryption with the SSL protocol.
Delivery
Delivery time for your order is 1–2 business days.

Free shipping is currently offered.
You can choose delivery options: "without direct delivery" or "with direct delivery."
You will always receive a track and trace number to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day full right of withdrawal on products purchased from our website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30-day period starts the day the order is delivered.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests must be made no later than 30 days after delivery.
Withdrawal requests can be sent by email to Cellusmooche.adm@gmail.com or by using the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of these terms.
The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the product without notifying us.
Returns
Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product to us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. The return shipping fee is 46 DKK (to be increased by 55% soon; orders placed before the increase will only be charged 46 DKK). This fee covers return shipping, administration, and energy surcharge to DAO.
You are entitled to try the product multiple times without penalty. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging and include everything received.
If the product is used beyond what is reasonable for testing, it will be considered used and depreciated. This may result in partial or no refund, and in some cases, only shipping costs may be refunded. The condition of the product is assessed by CelluSmooche.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. Missing original packaging will reduce the refund by 100 DKK.
If you do not collect your package from the parcel shop within the deadline and it is returned to us, a fee of 46 DKK (soon increasing by 55%) will be deducted from your refund. You may choose to have the package resent for a fee of 112 DKK or cancel the order, with the fee deducted from your refund.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a refund. If the product is depreciated, the deducted amount will reflect the depreciation.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except extra delivery fees if you selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product unless you provide proof of shipment.
Right of Withdrawal for Business Purchases
You have a 100-day full right of withdrawal for products purchased via the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 100-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests must be made no later than 100 days after delivery.
Requests can be sent via email to Cellusmooche.adm@gmail.com or by using the standard withdrawal form.
The message must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw by refusing to accept the product without notifying us.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty applies to products under Danish sales law, covering defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
If your warranty claim is valid, you may have the product repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction depending on the case.
Warranty claims must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect – two months is considered reasonable.
CelluSmooche covers reasonable return shipping costs for warranty claims.
Products must be returned in proper packaging with proof of shipment for reimbursement of return shipping.
Warranty claims sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Customer & Privacy Policy
We do NOT sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only stored in our customer database. You may request deletion at any time.
To enter into an agreement with CelluSmooche, we need the following information:

We register your data solely to fulfill your order. Personal data is stored for up to five years, after which it is deleted.
Data collection on our website always happens with your explicit consent, so you know exactly what is collected and why.
Only CelluSmooche management and staff have access to your data. Customer data is not encrypted during storage or transmission.
As a registered customer, you have the right to object to data processing and request access to your data according to Danish law. Contact us at Cellusmooche.adm@gmail.com regarding this.

Complaints
Complaints about products or services can be submitted to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board:
Nævnenes Hus, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via their complaint portal.
Mediation will be attempted, and if unsuccessful, the complaint can be brought before the Consumer Complaints Board.
To file a complaint, the product or service must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK.
A fee is required for complaint processing.
The EU Commission’s online dispute resolution platform can also be used, especially if you reside in another EU country:
